A name built
from the earth up.
Kaolinite is the ancient clay at the heart of all true porcelain — dense, white, impervious. Kaolifina takes its name from that foundation. The name isn't a brand invention — it's a description of what the product actually is.
The monarch butterfly was chosen as our mark deliberately. The monarch migrates thousands of miles with precision, arriving exactly where it's meant to be. Resilience, enduring beauty, purpose. That's the standard we hold our product to.
"Kaolinite is the mineral that defines fine porcelain — density, whiteness, and near-total resistance to water and stain."
Not all porcelain
is made the same.
The Continua Process
Continuous rolling eliminates 60–70% of the edge tension found in die-pressed panels — cleaner cuts, no edge failure, no special tools. A standard drill with a ceramic bit is all that's needed.
Dow Corning Adhesive
Developed specifically for this system — not off-the-shelf. The adhesive and joint filler work together to create a fully impervious system without requiring a waterproofing membrane behind the panels.
Patented System
The protection is on the process — the application method, adhesive system, and seaming protocol together are patented. That protection exists because the approach is genuinely novel.
Impervious by Design
Zero porosity. No grout. No mold substrate. No callbacks. The system is fully impervious when installed per certification — a claim backed by the material science and the process.
